Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026. By purchasing or using Clutch you agree to these terms.

1. License grant

Your purchase grants one non-transferable license, bound to one Discord account and one hardware ID (HWID) at a time. Monthly plans run 30 days from purchase; lifetime plans never expire.

2. HWID resets

You may move your license to a new PC once every 30 days from the dashboard. Extra moves (new hardware, reinstalls) are handled by support on Discord.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for where and how you use the software. Server bans are issued by server operators, not us, and do not entitle you to a refund or reset.

4. Termination

We may revoke licenses for chargebacks, key sharing, redistribution, or abuse of support. Revoked licenses stop validating immediately.

5. No warranties

Provided as-is. We do not guarantee undetectability, uptime, or compatibility with future Minecraft versions — though lifetime buyers receive all updates we ship.
