FAQ
How do I get my HWID? Launch the client once — it binds automatically and the dashboard shows it.
New PC? License → Reset HWID (once every 30 days), or ask an admin.
How do I redownload? Overview → Download client. Every click mints a fresh one-time link (24h expiry), your HWID stays bound.
Download says "preparing"? Your personal jar is still being built after purchase — wait a couple of minutes and try again.
Banned from a server? That's between you and the server. License bans (chargebacks/sharing) are final.
